Legal solutions developed from an understanding of the business.

Intelligys Legal represents businesses, equity partners, executives, and boards of directors in commercial litigation, transactions, and ongoing outside general counsel matters. We combine sophisticated legal experience with senior in-house leadership to develop solutions from an understanding of each company’s operations and objectives. We work directly with management and operational personnel to implement those solutions, from deploying agreements and compliance processes to executing transactions and resolving disputes.

Why Intelligys

Business judgment.
Legal strategy.
Practical execution.

A legal solution has value when it works inside the business.

Transactions, capital, governance, employment, contracts, and litigation affect the same people and operations. Intelligys connects those issues to the company’s objectives, then works with executives, managers, and operational teams to carry the legal strategy through. That is the Business First Legal Solutions model.

The enterprise view

One decision can move the entire business.

Significant business decisions often affect several dimensions at once. Counsel who understands the enterprise can address the relationship among them, not merely the isolated document.

General Counsel Perspective

Legal analysis is not the end of the assignment.

A General Counsel must ask what the business is trying to accomplish, how a decision affects capital and control, which risks matter, and what the choice will mean to the board, investors, lenders, employees, or a future buyer.

Intelligys carries that perspective into the work: representing clients in disputes, structuring transactions, and helping operational teams implement the resulting agreements, policies, and decisions.
